COMMAND PANEL
Command Panel has ability to move and to stand in a variety of positions. Its ergo nomicdesign allows the technician to adjust the panel according to his/her posture during work.
DISPLAY SCREEN
The Display Screen of TDSS magic 3100 shows all baking data at the same time. It has, consecutively installed separate screen blocks for all baking phases. Each block displays the baking temperature and time specified for that baking phase. Signal lights on top of each block help the operator to track the operation easily and to know which baking phase is being performed. This special display screen design guarantees fast and easy control and monitoring on porcelain baking operation.
RESISTANCE
TDSS magic 3100 has a closed type helical quartz resistance. The furnace heats up and cools down very rapidly because the resistance is not surrounded by any material. The quartz tube protects resistance wire from outer stimuli; and, this increases the life of resistance wire.
